Posting some recipes here.
I have ADHD. I also have a very low apetite and a very high metabolism, which just adds to everything else.
I am increasingly frustrated by how difficult it is to find regular, real person, easy recipes that are adaptable to what regular people have in their fridge. I love cooking, but I have no formal training, and I'm not incredibly good at it. As such, I hope to give you confidence that you will be able to make these.
Due to my needs, these recipes will probably all have vague information on calories on them. This is because I'm trying to get as many calories into my body as possible, and calories = energy. I'm not doing hard calorie counting or saying numbers, but I am still giving information. If this kind of language is triggering to you, it might be best to stay off for now.
In addition to these recipes, here are youtube channels that have really great recipes and cooking advice, and some specifically good videos:
Adam Ragusea is a channel that focuses on home cook recipes that are very adaptable. He says outright what techniques are best using science and experimentation.
Internet Shaquille is a channel that sometimes does specific recipes, but often focuses on general ideas. Here is a great video he has on dishwashing.
You Suck At Cooking makes comedy videos, but he has a lot of really great, really adaptable, and incredibly simple recipes. He has full recipes and measurements listed in the descriptions, very easy to read with a lot of helpful tips.
This video is only about sub sandwiches. I've never seen a single one of this guys other videos, but DAMN does he have good sandwich advice.
I do advise you to look up basic cooking safety, but you're probably not going to die the second you do any cooking. Be cautious, not fearful. I'm making all of this with the assumption that you are prone to be too timorous, rather than too reckless.
